Defense Monitor WIP 1
As the name would suggest, it's a defensive ship that monitors things, presumably, that need defending
Size scale to the Retribution should be worked out by the size of the large turret holes on the side of it. They're equal to the broadside cannons on a Retribution, so they're only small ships. Good a pestering things I suppose
